Refund Policy
At 27printed, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes, a return may be necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the circumstances under which we accept returns.
1. Incorrect Item: If the item you received is not the one you ordered, we apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer support team at 27printed@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and the correct item will be sent.
2. Damaged Product: We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but sometimes accidents happen during transit. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at 27printed@gmail.com a description and photo of the damage. We will assess the issue and make it right.
3. Late Arrival/ Non-Delivery: If your order has not arrived and it has been over 30 days since you placed the order (items under 5kg) or 40 days for (items over 5kg) please reach out to us at 27printed@gmail.com and we will investigate the issue and issue a refund.
4.Not Happy with your purchase (Posters Only): If you are not completely happy with your order we offer a 30 day returns policy, please email us at 27printed@gmail.com and we will inform you of how to ship back your order and arrange a refund. Currently we do not offer refunds for home decor items unless the item received is the incorrect item, damaged, or not delivered within 30 days.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at 27printed@gmail.com. We will guide you through the return process . Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Discount Codes Policy: Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we are unable to apply any discount codes retroactively. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and transparency for all customers.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
